Morgan Hill Recognized During Academic Honors Program at bet365亚洲官网

Morgan Bailey Hill of Echols County, 乔治亚州, is the recipient of the 2022-2023 College of Nursing and Health Sciences Outstanding Senior Sciences Award and Division of 体育运动 Student-Athlete Academic Award at Valdosta State University. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences during bet365亚洲官网’s 235th Commencement on May 6. She plans to return to bet365亚洲官网 “to play my fifth year of eligibility for softball. Then I plan to go to physical therapy school and later specialize in pediatrics.” She is pictured with (from left to right) Dr. 理查德的. VALDOSTA — Morgan Bailey Hill of Echols County, 乔治亚州, is the recipient of the 2022-2023 College of Nursing and Health Sciences Outstanding Senior Sciences Award and Division of 体育运动 Student-Athlete Academic Award at Valdosta State University.

Hill was recognized during bet365亚洲官网’s annual Academic Honors Program on April 27.

The College of Nursing and Health Sciences Outstanding Senior Sciences Award is presented to a student with a record of academic excellence and distinguished service inside and outside the classroom.

The Division of 体育运动 Student-Athlete Academic Award is presented to a junior, 高级, or graduate student-athlete with the highest grade point average. Ties are not broken. Hill is a member of the Blazer Softball team, where she serves as a utility player and often pitches and plays outfield. She also won this award during the 2021-2022 academic year.

As a student at bet365亚洲官网, Hill was a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.

Hill’s commitment to academic, 运动, and leadership excellence resulted in her earning repeated Dean’s List recognitions and a number of 运动 honors, including 2021 Academic All-Gulf South Conference, 2021 College Sports Communicators (formerly the College Sports Information Directors of America or CoSIDA) Academic All-District Team, 2021 First Team Academic All-American, and 2022 Academic All-Gulf South Conference. She also earned the President’s Award for Academic Excellence, which is presented to a high-performing graduating student in each of bet365亚洲官网’s six colleges, including the College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She was a Zell Miller Scholar.
